I NEED ROADSIDE ("we," "us") operates a directory platform that connects drivers with independent third-party roadside and towing providers. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Account info: name, email, phone, password hash.
Job info: service requested, vehicle, pickup and drop-off location, notes, photos you upload.
Location: precise GPS when you grant permission, and approximate location from your IP.
Payments: processed by our payment processor; we receive only tokenized payment IDs and the last four digits of your card.
Device & usage: IP address, device type, browser, app interactions, crash reports.
Communications: messages you send through the Platform.

2. How we use information

To route your request to nearby Providers and let them locate you.
To process payments, fees, refunds, tips, and disputes.
To improve, debug, secure, and personalize the Platform.
To measure marketing performance (including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console).
To comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect users.

3. Sharing

We share information with:

Providers assigned to your job (name, contact, location, vehicle, notes).
Service providers we use to run the Platform (hosting, mapping, payments, analytics, messaging).
Authorities when required by law or to investigate fraud or safety threats.
Successors in connection with a merger, sale, or financing.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and advertising attribution (including Google tag and conversion tracking). You can control cookies in your browser settings.

5. Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing support@ineedroadside.com. You can disable location at the OS level; some features will stop working.

7. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the "Last updated" date.

When you call I NEED ROADSIDE at (267) 598-6806 to request roadside assistance, our dispatcher will verbally ask for your mobile phone number and your consent to receive transactional text messages related to your service request. By providing your number and saying "yes," you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from I NEED ROADSIDE at the number you provide.

What you will receive:

A secure payment link for the $49 service fee.
Confirmation that your request was received.
Your assigned provider's name and estimated arrival time.
Status updates: provider en route, provider arrived, job complete.

Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your active service request (typically 3–8 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (267) 598-6806.

No marketing: we send only transactional messages tied to a service request you initiated by phone. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS.

Privacy of your mobile information: we do not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with subcontractors that help us deliver the service you requested (e.g. our SMS provider and the assigned roadside provider).
