Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your I NEED ROADSIDE account, profile, and associated data at any time. Deletion is free and does not require you to contact support.

Fastest: delete inside the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account & data.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Can't sign in? Submit a request and we'll delete your account within 30 days. We'll email you when it's done.
What happens to your data
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Data deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Profile: name, phone number, avatar
- Saved addresses and vehicles
- Job requests and in-job chat messages
- Uploaded photos
- Push notification tokens
- For providers: business profile, service area, ratings
Data retained
- Payment and receipt records required by U.S. tax and consumer-protection law
- Chargeback and dispute records
- Legally required business transaction logs
These are kept for the legally required period (typically 7 years) and are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
