Paying for roadside assistance later

Breakdowns do not wait for payday. Splitting the cost is the difference between getting home tonight and leaving a car on a shoulder, so pay-later options are first-class here, not an afterthought at the bottom of a checkout page.

Split it into four

For eligible customers, Klarna or Afterpay can split the $49 service fee into a Pay in 4 plan, which can put as little as about $13 due today with the rest billed over time. Eligibility and exact terms are decided by Klarna or Afterpay at checkout, not by I Need Roadside, and approval is never guaranteed.

Other ways to pay

Money is held until the job is done

However you pay, the funds are held until the work is complete and you confirm it. Providers are not paid before the job, which is what makes the pricing predictable on both sides.

If a job gets cancelled

Funds returned to a customer on a cancelled job have a $5 transaction fee withheld. If no provider could be matched, the refund is issued automatically without you having to chase it.
